Why my mobile phone is not supported?
This is due to your mobile phone might not support Bluetooth or Java MIDP 2.0. Mobile phones also need to support CLDC and JSR 82. The Connected Limited Device Configuration (CLDC) defines the base set of application programming interfaces and a virtual machine for resource-constrained devices like mobile phones, pagers, and mainstream personal digital assistants. When coupled with a profile such as the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP), it provides a solid Java platform for developing applications to run on devices with limited memory, processing power, and graphical capabilities.
Why my phone failed to receive myBROS Application?
Please make sure your phone memory is sufficient to store myBROS Application, the application is less than 150kb.

Press 'YES' for all steps and store in ‘Application’ .
Do I need to turn on Bluetooth to receive myBROS application next time?
No need unless there is a new updated version of myBROS application.

I have installed myBROS Application, but why it is not working?
You need to upgrade the latest phone firmware.
I'm Motorola user, why my phone cannot receive myBROS Application?
For Motorola user, you have to go to menu > bluetooth > setup > find me. * if you did not receive after 60 seconds, please try again
I'm Samsung user, why i cannot install myBROS Application after i received the application?
For Samsung and LG User, you have to download & install through 3G or GPRS (www.mybros.com.my/mybros.jar)
What if i encounter problem/troubleshoot with myBROS application ?
If you encounter problem/troubleshoot with myBROS application, please restart your bluetooth and launch myBROS appplication again. Else, you can restart your mobile phone.
Do I need to pay for my myBROS membership?
No, the lifetime membership is given FREE to myBROS members. You do not have to pay any membership fee, annual fee or joining fee.
How do I apply for my myBROS membership?
Click on Membership Application link. Please fill in and submit the form. A special ID is automatically generated once you make an order using myBROS on your mobile phone for the first time. However, you need to register in order to redeem your travel package and login into myBROS website to view and update your account.
Can you tell me what myBROS is all about?
myBROS is a DIY ordering using mobile phone via Bluetooth. When you use your mobile phone ordering food, you will be given MOVCOIN which entitle you to redeem travel packages.
Why does the MOVCOIN structure differ among your Merchants?
Every may Merchants operates differently from the other, not just in the products but also services they provide.
What if I lost my mobile phone?
Our system have a 'transfer' function. You can go to 'transfer' module in your account to change.
